Why should I donate through BBCF's Week of Giving rather than directly to my favorite non-profit organization?
Your donations through BBCF's Week of Giving not only qualify your favorite organization for a larger share of the Week of Giving stretch pool, but they also help your organization qualify for additional event prize money.
What forms of donations are accepted?
All online donations must be made via credit or debit card. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. Cash or check donations are not accepted. Donations are tax deductible and irrevocable (donations will not be refunded) and will be for the use of your chosen charity.
What is the minimum donation?
The minimum donation is $25.00, so for just $25 you can be a philanthropist during BBCF's Week of Giving!
Will my donation be tax-deductible and how do I get my receipt?

Receipts are automatically e-mailed to the e-mail address provided during the donation process. If you do not receive it, you can scroll to the very bottom of this page, click Lost Receipt, and have it resent. You can also check your junk folder for e-mails from “email@example.com.” If no receipt is found after taking these steps, please call the BBCF office at (814) 667-8687 and our staff will be happy to assist you.

What constitutes a unique donor for prizes calculations?
Unique donors are determined by an algorithm that considers many data points, such as first and last name, credit card number, and address. So it may happen that two donors have the same name, but the system will know them as unique donors because they have different addresses or credit card numbers. Or a wife and husband may use the same credit card or address to donate, but they will be considered unique donors because their names are different.
