Oil City Middle and High Schools currently have a 72% free and reduced lunch population. The Oil City School District meets the federal poverty guidelines to provide every student in our district with a free breakfast and lunch. This has been a huge help to our struggling students, however, these students often go hungry over weekends and long breaks. Therefore, OCHS and OCMS have partnered with Second Harvest Food Bank and Bridge Builders to create a food pantry that our students can access for weekends, long breaks, or even emergency situations. All donations will be used to purchase the food necessary for our students.
